All help, however big or small you think your contribution can be, is gratefully received.

We meet approximately every 6 weeks or so in the Bramley Inn, from 7:30pm. The meeting is the official committee meeting where we discuss agenda items including past events, recent activity, news ideas and spending plans (see minutes). Its at these meetings that we find people to help organise the events. You are welcome to join this meeting at anytime.

Can you help with the following:

Disco's

·       Drinks & sweets, Entrance/Exit supervision, Dance Hall supervision, DJ-ing and tidying up.

Fete/Advent Fair

·       People to hep organise the events is fantastic.

·       On the day we will need help with lifting, carrying, moving, selling, money collecting or cooking

Leaflet delivery

·       We always need people to help deliver flyers and leaflets advertising our events.

·       We try and ensure no one has in excess of 100 houses to delivery to.

Ideas

·       New ideas and different was to raise funds are great. Maybe you have some ideas?

Feedback

·       It's imperative that feedback gets to us (good or bad). If you have enjoyed the events or have constructive criticism please let us know. We'd really appreciate hearing either way.
