Bramley School was opened in 1959 and the Bramley School Association (or BSA as we prefer to say) was established in 1984 by the teachers and parents of the school. Since then it has been raising funds for the school and local community with various sales, events and activities. Every year we run a Summer Fete, Fireworks Display, Advent Fair and Treasure Hunt, to name but a few. All these events are manned by volunteers from the governors, parents, teachers and friends of the school.
All teachers and parents automatically become members of the BSA and anyone else who would like to join are welcome, just send us an email. It costs nothing to join!
If you would like to get more involved, just come along to one of our committee meetings. Details of the next meeting can be found on our What's On page.
There are a few ways of contacting us, either stop one of the trustees in the playground (see our photos), send us an email or just drop us a note via our 'in-tray' which is located in the school office.
To keep up to date with all we are doing, why not join our email distribution list. We will not pass your email on to anyone else and will only use it to send you details directly related to the BSA and school. You can unsubscribe at any time.
All help, however big or small you think your contribution can be, is gratefully received. We meet approximately every 6 weeks or so in the Bramley Inn, from 8pm. The meeting is the official committee meeting where we discuss agenda items including past events, recent activities, new ideas and spending plans. Its at these meetings that we find people to help organise the events. You are welcome to join this meeting at anytime.

Drinks & sweets, entrance/exit supervision, dance hall supervision, DJ-ing and tidying up.

Having people to help organise these events is fantastic. On the day we will need help with lifting, carrying, moving, selling, money collecting or cooking

We always need people to help deliver flyers and leaflets advertising our events.

Receiving new ideas and different ways to raise funds is great. Maybe you have some ideas?

It's imperative that feedback gets to us (good or bad). If you have enjoyed the events or have constructive criticism please let us know. We'd really appreciate hearing either way. Email us.
